Which apps these terms cover
These Terms of Service apply to all apps and games published by Mario Jacob, including their updates and add-ons. If you reached this page through an app’s store listing, these terms apply to that app. If a particular app or feature comes with separate terms, those terms take precedence for that app or feature where they differ from these terms.
Using the apps
You may install and use the apps for their intended purposes. Please use them lawfully and respect the rights of others. You may copy, modify, or redistribute an app only as permitted by law or by the licence that applies to it.
Your content and data
You retain any rights you hold in the files, photos, notes, and other content you add to an app. If an app stores data locally, keep a backup of anything you want to retain before uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or switching devices. Purchases and subscriptions
If an app offers paid features, add-ons, or subscriptions, review the price and any billing, renewal, or cancellation details shown before purchase. If you buy through an app store, you can use that store’s purchase settings to manage your subscription or request a refund. Your statutory refund and cancellation rights continue to apply.
Updates and consumer rights
Mario Jacob provides updates where required by applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in force, including any applicable rights to a remedy if an app is faulty or differs from what was agreed. If these terms change, the revised version will appear on this page. Mario Jacob will provide notice or seek your consent where required by law.
